Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how the clinic of Prof. Mohamed Hassan Fouad ("the clinic", "we") collects, uses, and protects information you provide through this website, in line with Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law No. 151/2020.

1. What we collect

When you request an appointment we collect your name, phone number, email address (optional), preferred clinic and time, and a short description of your visit reason. We also store a random device identifier and access code so that you can look up your appointment later from the same device.

2. How we use it

We use this information only to contact you about your appointment, confirm the slot, follow up on care, and keep an internal record of visits. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.

3. Who can see it

Only Prof. Mohamed Hassan Fouad and authorised clinic staff can access appointment records. Access is protected by authentication, role checks, and row-level security in our database.

4. Storage and retention

Appointment data is stored on secure managed cloud infrastructure. Records are kept for as long as needed to provide medical follow-up, and for the retention periods required by Egyptian law.

5. Cookies and local storage

This site uses a small amount of browser local storage to remember your language preference, your appointment draft, and your appointment access code so you can view your booking. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

6. Your rights

You may ask us at any time to view, correct, or delete your personal data by contacting the clinic on the phone number or email listed on this website.

7. Contact

For any privacy question, please contact the clinic on the phone number or email address shown on the Contact page.
